Pierre is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in finance and corporate strategy. He is a graduate of ESSEC (Mastère Finance) and Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne (DEA Economie Internationale), and holds an Executive MBA from ISM.
Pierre joined FL Finance in 2006 as partner, bringing with him a wealth of expertise gained during his career in banking and as CFO of major groups such as La Martinière Group and Media Participations.
Specializing in financial advisory, Pierre's expertise includes debt and equity financing, M&A, LBOs, and business valuation. He is also an expert in corporate finance training, delivering tailored programs on behalf of FL Finance Academy, AFIC, DFCG, and Bârchen.
